Licences
Bubo
The Bubo code and the Windows layer use the MIT licence. Bubo is a fork of gufo (MIT). The Windows layer comes from the gufo Windows port by pixmaate. Thanks to the gufo contributors.
The package includes these parts, each with its own licence file in the licenses folder:

The package also ships LICENSE and THIRD-PARTY.txt.
AMD runtime files
The package contains no AMD files. The app and bubo prepare download the AMD ROCm files from AMD. They show the AMD licence and ask for your approval first. Keep the notices that come with the files.
Models
- Qwen3.8 Flash Next model files, the dense twin, the draft head and the refusal direction file use the Qwen Community License 1.0. Keep

The notice chain is Qwen, Huihui, Unsloth, HaloForge Labs. - The expert tensors of the lower-memory build come from Qwen3.8-Flash-Next-GSQ-RCO-GGUF by ISTA-DASLab (Institute of Science and Technology Austria), made with GSQ and RCO (arXiv:2604.18556, arXiv:2605.00649). The build is a derivative of Qwen3.8 Flash Next and uses the Qwen Community License 1.0. The notice chain is Qwen, Huihui, ISTA-DASLab, Unsloth, HaloForge Labs.
- The Qwen3.8 Flash Next Coder is the Coder GSQ-RCO quantization of Qwen3.8 Flash Next by ISTA-DASLab (arXiv:2604.18556, arXiv:2605.00649). The files stay in the ISTA-DASLab repository, and the app downloads them from there. Its card says the weights inherit the licence of the base model, so the Qwen Community License 1.0 applies. The notice chain is Qwen, ISTA-DASLab, HaloForge Labs. The MTP file is the Qwen3.8 Flash Next MTP file by Alibaba Qwen, GGUF by Unsloth.
- Other models in the app keep their authors’ licences. The app shows each licence before the download.
- The Huihui model is abliterated and can produce sensitive content. You are responsible for your use.
